Kevin and Kelly Hendrick bought a ticket at Clark's Pump-N-Shop on State Route 3 in Boyd County.
The man told Kentucky Lottery officials he didn't believe he had won.
The man won the top prize of $225,000 for the Cash Ball drawing on February 27.
According to a news release, all three of those tickets were sold at the same Louisville retailer in Tuesday night's drawing.
Players have six months to cash the ticket at lottery headquarters.
