People were strutting their stuff in Cherokee Park on Saturday to raise awareness for homeless pets in Kentucky.

Heavy equipment will be set up Monday near the pavilion, but the structure won't be torn down until later this week.

The art fair will also take place 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday.

The Cherokee Triangle Art Fair is a celebration of art and spring time in the historic Highlands neighborhood.  

Detours will be in place for both pedestrians and vehicles.
