A major drug trafficking operation that funneled meth, cocaine and fentanyl from California to Louisville through the U.S. Postal Service was dismantled by federal authorities.
Thursday, police stopped Joshua Obadiah Duncan, 39, on an "investigative traffic stop" but Duncan fled the scene, prompting a search warrant.
He was arraigned on Tuesday and is being held at the Oldham County Detention Center.
Police also found $223,000 in the drug bust that took place in Valley Station.
No arrests have been made.
Police said the drugs were found after the driver was pulled over for multiple traffic violations.
In addition, the task force also seized two pounds of cocaine and marijuana and about $5,900.
The first Cocaine Bear bobblehead was released Friday morning.
Police initially observed the semi on Wednesday afternoon traveling on Bluegrass Parkway with a cracked windshield.
Fentanyl test strips are small strips of paper used to detect fentanyl in different types of drugs including pills, powders and injectables.
