Kentucky is one of four states getting additional American Rescue Plan funds targeted toward increasing affordable, high-speed internet.

That includes almost $200,000 for five Jefferson County Public Schools buses.

The laws address topics including concealed carry, free speech and pregnancy.

The measure would add an extra 10 cents per gallon and place fees on electric cars.
