The case is still under investigation by Glasgow Police Department. 

According to an arrest report, the 63-year-old woman collided with the front of a marked LMPD cruiser after driving in the center turn lane at the Kentucky Expo Center. 

Rachel Green died in the Dec. 23, 2024, crash.
