Billie Jo Roberts, 46, of Michigan, was traveling south in a Ford Focus when she crossed the center line and hit a Honda Accord head-on.
KSP said troopers responded to a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of US 31W and Old Mill Road in Muldraugh around 11:15 p.m.
Police said the seven-month-old girl was last seen with her mother and could be in "great danger."
