Joshua Miller, 36, was taken into custody early Monday morning.

According to the Jefferson County Coroner's office, Durelle Moxley Jr., 18, died from multiple gunshot wounds.
The man died from multiple gunshot wounds.
Bradley said both victims were transported to University Hospital "for additional treatment, where they remain."
