The shooting happened around 1:15 a.m. Monday in the 100 block of West Oak Street.

James Belle is charged with reckless homicide in the death of Mitchale Groves.

There is no information on a possible suspect.

When police arrived on scene, they found a man on the sidewalk who had been shot outside a home.

According to the Jefferson County Coroner's Office, Adrian Lewis was pronounced dead at the scene.

Nicholas Vandergrift, 23, was charged with murder, tampering with physical evidence, and assault for domestic violence.
