Michael Perry scratched off a win on every spot on the ticket to win the game's top prize of $250,000.

The pair arrived at the Kentucky Lottery headquarters in Louisville Monday morning.

The jackpot has a cash value of $77.3 million. 

"I couldn't believe it was real."

The man made a stop at Ideal Mart on South Green Street last month in Henderson and bought a $30, $1,000,000 Casino Nights ticket.

She went to get a Dairy Queen Blizzard, but stopped first to buy a Kentucky Lottery ticket. 

A Kenton County man thought there was an issue with his Kentucky Lottery scratch-off ticket, but he ended up winning $175,000.

The Kentucky Lottery confirmed Thursday that someone came forward to claim a $10 million Powerball Double Play prize.
