The Kentucky Lottery said the ticket added Power Play to double the winnings. 

The estimated $960 million prize is the world's ninth-largest lottery jackpot, behind earlier Powerball and Mega Millions prizes that all topped $1 billion.

The next drawings are Friday and Saturday night.

The project's first phase is slated for about 150 "high-ground homes" on a 50-acre site a few miles from downtown Hazard.

The bookcases, cafeteria tables, desks, chairs, and more are headed to Hindman Elementary School in Knott County.
