A spokesperson for Louisville Metro Police said officers were called to the 1600 block of Moore Court just after 7 p.m. Monday on a reported shooting.

LMPD's Homicide Unit is investigating. 

Police found a man who had been shot, and he was taken to University Hospital with what is believed to be non-life-threatening injuries.

Police say two men left a vehicle and fired guns toward a courtyard, hitting the child and woman. The two men then got back into the vehicle and fled the scene.

Police were called to the 1600 block of South 11th Street, near Moore Court, just after 1 p.m. on Thursday, May 27 on a report that two people had been shot.
