New Albany Police Department responded to a report of shots fired on Bank Street near Underground Station, a shopping and dining courtyard.
New Albany Police Chief Todd Bailey said officers arrested 54-year-old James B. Cook Sunday.
The New Albany Police Department said it happened just before 10 p.m. near The Earl on 108 East Market Street.
The shooting happened on Oct. 21 on West 8th Street.

A witness to Saturday's fatal shooting in New Albany said the victim was killed by a man with whom she had a "toxic relationship" and that she and the victim were shooting a TikTok video that captured the whole incident.
The suspect remains incarcerated at Louisville Metro Corrections, and will be brought back to Floyd County to face charges "at a date yet to be determined."
