A woman was found dead in New Albany, Indiana, Wednesday morning.
The department opened the doors to the newly built police headquarters Friday morning.
New Albany Police responded to the shooting at 325 West 8th Street at 10:06 a.m. Monday.
The other two victims wounded in the shooting, a 22-year-old man and a 42-year-old female, are still recovering at the hospital.
Bones were found near a New Albany creek Wednesday.
It happened around 6 a.m. in the 900 block of E. 8th Street.
Sgt. Chad Armenta is facing several charges, and is due back in court in June.
Officers and firefighters were called to Bicknell Park, at Silver Street near Reno Avenue, at 2 p.m. Wednesday on a report that there was a fire at the playground.
The estimated $12 million project would be across the street from the department's current location, at Scribner Drive and West Spring Street.
It happened around 2 a.m. Thursday in the 1300 block of Beechwood Avenue.
