It's a 15-week program that includes training options for all participants at all fitness levels.
The program offers training tips, weekly group runs, access to medical and nutritional experts, physical therapists, shoe experts, and race ambassadors.
The program includes a complete training guide, in-person weekly group runs, hill and track work, yoga and nutrition. The first 800 people who register will also receiveĀ a free T-shirt.
