Because of a federal CDC order, masks will continue to be required for all students and drivers while on school buses.
The board said the rate will generate an additional $3 million in revenue due to increased property values.

Schultz, who has been superintendent of the district since July 2016, made the announcement during the Oldham County Board of Education meeting.
The decision came just after Gov. Andy Beshear's recommendation that public and private schools delay in-person instruction for the school year until at least the third week of August.
