Louisville Fire crews were called to a home in the 900 block of Palatka Road, which is just off New Cut Road near Iroquois Park, around 3:30 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 14.

He said her name was Sapphire Attieh and she was his sister's daughter.

Louisville Fire was called about 3:30 p.m. Tuesday to a home in the 900 block of Palatka Road, which is just off New Cut Road near Iroquois Park. 

The crash happened about 1:30 p.m. Wednesday on Manslick Road between Melody Lane and Palatka Road.

The 25-year-old was killed Wednesday, when a wall collapsed on him at a site on Cardinal Hill Court south of Iroquois Park.

Emergency crews responded about 12:45 p.m. Wednesday to a scene on Cardinal Hill Court south of Iroquois Park.

Residents near Palatka Road at the south end of Iroquois say the state must improve the area to prevent fatal accidents and property damage.
