The state's positivity rate, which measures the proportion of tests returning positive, dropped to 3.07% on Saturday, a decrease from 3.40%.
The positivity rate was 3.8%, and the state said there were 29 newly reported deaths related to the virus.
The 30 deaths announced Friday bring Kentucky to 4,600 victims reported since COVID-19 was first confirmed in the state in March 2020.
Indiana health officials announced Tuesday that 3,191 additional residents have been diagnosed with COVID-19.Â
Another 6,059 people have tested positive for the virus.
The seven day positivity rate statewide is at 11.4% for the week ending Nov. 17.
The death toll in Indiana has risen to 4,686, since the pandemic began earlier this year.
The statewide seven-day positivity rate is 8.7%.
For the second day in a row, Indiana reported more than 3,000 new cases of COVID-19 throughout the state.
The Indiana Department of Health reported on Monday that 3,907 Hoosiers have died since the pandemic began.
