The crash was called in just before 11 p.m. on Thursday night.
There were no injuries or hazardous materials involved.
One driver was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
This is the second overturned semi in 24 hours on I-265, just a few miles down from the first one.

The crash happened about 8:15 a.m. near the overpass at La Grange Parkway and Commerce Lane.
