Police say 19-year-old Brooklyn James and 18-year-old Tyler Cooley died in the crash.

Brooklyn James, 19, was killed in a crash in Madison on Jan. 9. 

Brian James, the father of 19-year-old Brooklyn James, was arrested over the weekend.

"Baby girl, why did you get in that car?" asked the mother of Brooklyn James.
