The Racing Louisville forward, already the top American scorer in the NWSL, added three more to her growing international résumé in the U.S. Women’s National Team’s 6-0 win over New Zealand in Kansas City.

In just her second year as a pro, Sears has turned Lynn Family Stadium into her personal showcase. 

The third match was the last for the year on its home soil for the USWNT, which was seeing its first action since taking Gold in the Paris Olympics over the summer.

The club announced Thursday that DeMelo has signed an extension, which includes updated financial terms, to stay with Louisville through the 2026 season.

The news comes on the heels of U.S. defender and captain Becky Sauerbrunn's reported absence from the roster as the result of a foot injury.

The fantastic Emily Fox is headed back to the U.S. Women's National Team, Racing Louisville FC announced Wednesday.
