Visiting from out of town for a conference, it wasn't Whiskey Row or a bourbon distillery that caught Ken McLeod's eye.
Starting Tuesday, Oct. 24, crews will begin repairing steel railings on the Second Street Bridge that have had temporary guardrails for months.
The northbound right lane and northbound sidewalk is scheduled to be closed Monday through Wednesday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
