The shooting happened about 1:15 p.m. on Saturday on West Oak Street.
Louisville's 151 reported homicides in 2020 shattered the city's previous record of 117 in 2016.
According to the Jefferson County Coroner's Office, the victim was 30-year-old Fa'Quansa Sha'Georgia Ancrum, of Lexington.Â
