The notion that passing gambling legislation is selling the soul of our state is ridiculous. It was sold long ago, if you believe in that kind of thing.
When it opens, the Louisville company will become only the fifth sportsbook operator in the state, joining companies like FanDuel and DraftKings.
Sports betting is back on the table in Kentucky in the new year.
