LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- With the end of the regular season getting closer, Racing Louisville FC was shutout at home by the Kansas City Current.
Racing couldn't find a response from the quick start by Kansas City as the Current scored within the first two minutes as Racing fell 2-0 at Lynn Family Stadium.
Kansas City put the game out of reach on a free kick in the 86th minute.
After the loss, Racing remains in ninth position with three games remaining in the regular season. They're three points behind the final playoff spot.
