LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- The University of Louisville football team has set it 2024 spring game, presented by Paul Davis Restoration of Louisville, for 7 p.m. Friday, April 19, at L&N Stadium.
The Cardinals are set to open their second spring practices under coach Jeff Brohm after finishing a 10-4 season that culminated with a loss to USC in the Holiday Bowl.
Louisville returns 13 starters from last seasons team and welcomes a transfer portal class ranked among the best in the nation by recruiting services, with at least 24 having enrolled for the winter semester and expected to be available for spring practice.
The Cardinals were ranked No. 22 in ESPN's "Way Too Early" Top 25 and No. 14 in a similar listing by Pro Football Focus.
Dates for individual practice sessions have yet to be announced.
The Louisville spring game will be broadcast live by the ACC Network.
