LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- After winning 10 games in his first season as University of Louisville's head football coach, Jeff Brohm is in the running for a national award.
Brohm has been named one of 14 semifinalists for the 2023 George Munger College Coach of the Year Award. It's presented by the Maxwell Football Club and the winner will be announced on Jan. 10, 2024.
The 10 wins this season is the most by the program since 2013. The Cards will face USC in San Diego, California for the Holiday Bowl.
Brohm was also named one of 14 semifinalists for National Coach of the Year at the College Football Hall of Fame.
