People were out on Sunday having fun and trying to navigate the winter weather.Â
TARC suspended services Sunday due to the winter storm, and will delay service on Monday.
Major roads in Louisville and southern Indiana remained slushy with some light snow coverage from Monday morning, but it was the residential streets on both sides of the river that posed the largest issues for drivers.
