A second arrest warrant was issued this week for Tracy Davenport, the owner of a Louisville-area pool company charged with fraud and theft.
According to prosecutors, Davenport and her husband took $245,000 for pools in Floyd County but never built them.
This case is separate from her criminal, civil and bankruptcy cases.
