Louisville residents continue to face significant mail delays, prompting growing frustration and renewed scrutiny of the United States Postal Service (USPS).
Mail delays in Louisville have drawn the attention of the federal government, as the U.S. Postal Service Office of Inspector General (OIG) is now conducting four separate audits in the city.
A spokesperson confirmed some mail processing has been transferred to Louisville from Knoxville, Tennessee.
