CHARLESTOWN, Ind. (WDRB) -- Take to the skies for some fun with drones.
WDRB's Keith Kaiser joins the Purdue Extension office before their special event.
Clarksville Parks & Recreation and Purdue Extension is helping kids get close to the unique flying machines.
In this fun and engaging program, kids will explore how drones fly, learn the basic rules for flying them safely, and discover all the cool ways people use drones today. Through hands-on activities, participants will even get to practice flying small drones indoors and watch bigger drones soar outdoors (weather permitting).
It's a perfect mix of science, technology, and fun!
