SHEPHERDSVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Let's get ready to Dirt Track Rumble! WDRB's Keith Kaiser joins some racers preparing for race day.
It's going to be a night of excitement, racing fun, and great food with close to 40 cars and drivers will be up for the challenge.
"Race What You Brung," you can put almost any car on the track to go lap for lap with other drivers looking for the same prize.
It must be a two-wheel drive vehicle with very little modifications to make it around the 1/4-mile track.
You may get bumped, pushed, and slammed on your way to the finish line. Can your car stay running and go the distance during the five minute races?
Win the giveaway car during the raffle and you are automatically in the final race.
This is a family friendly event with a "Kids Zone" to entertain the younger ones.
The Dirt Track Rumble is hosted by the North Bullitt Lions Club, a nonprofit group is made up of volunteers who love giving back to the community and have fun along the way.

When: Saturday, July 26 at 7:30 p.m. and Saturday, September 13 at 7:30 p.m.
Where: Bullitt County Fairgrounds, exit 112 off of I-65
How much: $10 per person. Ages 6-12 – $5 each
