LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Fat Tuesday - a day where you can eat whatever you want and not feel bad for it!
Catholic Charities of Louisville is throwing their fifth annual Rouler Mardi Gras Party to celebrate.
Catholic Charities of Louisville members Lisa DeJaco Crutcher and Rebecca Cottrell visited WDRB Mornings on Thursday to tell us more about it.
Rouler is their largest annual fundraiser of the year. It is at Mellwood Arts Centers from 5:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Feb. 13, and someone very special this year is the emcee - WDRB's very own Mike Marshall!
Catholic Charities of Louisville serves people in need across the city. They have several programs that are available to help people from the beginning of their life, all the way to the end.
The party will have delicious New Orleans cuisine, casino gaming, bingo, and an open bar.
Special cupcakes will be served for a chance to be crowned the King or Queen of Mardi Gras and a $1,000 cash prize. Find the baby in the cupcake - win the prize!
A raffle and silent auction will be going on during the event for some exclusive items, including travel packages, art, summer camp tickets, and concert tickets.
A special Makers Mark #46 bottle will be the main prize of the evening, signed by Bill Sanders Jr. and includes hand stamped glasses made out of old Makers Mark bottles.
The auction is also available online if you aren't able to make it to the party.
Tickets are $85 per ticket and are available to purchase here.
