LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Louisville Bats Baseball is getting ready for Opening Night.
WDRB's Keith Kaiser explored Louisville Slugger Field before a weekend of baseball.
The 26th season of Louisville Bats at Slugger Field kicks off at 7:15 p.m. on Friday, March 27 against the Omaha Storm Chasers.
Expect a night of fan-favorite promotions highlighted by the return of dollar beers for the first time since 2024. Before the game, fans can purchase a 12-ounce can of Miller Lite and Coors Light for $1.
Also get a bite from the "All Things Fish" food truck.
$6 Margarita Madness returns for the 2026 season.
The first 2,500 fans through the gates will receive a magnet schedule and the Louisville-based ZOOperstars! will entertain fans between innings.
Opening Night is College Night, local college students able to purchase $6 general admission tickets with a valid college ID.
Bats vs Omaha
- Friday, March 27th - 7:15 p.m.
- Saturday, March 28th - 1:05 p.m.
- Sunday, March 29th - 1:05 p.m.
