Louisville Mega Cavern revs up support for DSL with the Cavern Car Show Classic

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Heat up the summer with hot cars at the Louisville Mega Cavern.

WDRB's Keith Kaiser shows us some sweet rides before the first ever Cavern Car Show Classic.

Visit the Louisville Mega Cavern on Saturday to help out Down Syndrome of Louisville.

The cavern will be packed with classic cars, music, raffles, a farmers market, and food trucks from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Wander through the classic cars and explore Louisville Mega Cavern’s Farmers Market with fresh local produce, baked goods, handmade art, and more from local farmers, bakers, and crafters.

Cavern Car Show Classic participants pay $20, cash only.

Car owners will have the opportunity to win Best of Show, Top Truck, Top Car, Top Jeep, and Top 40 Vehicles. Each car entry will receive a dash plaque to display participation in the event.

The event is free with cash donations accepted to support Down Syndrome of Louisville, the nonprofit organization that supports, educates and advocates for individuals with Down Syndrome and their families.
