We are still tracking rain and storms in our area but want to give you a look ahead at the next round of showers headed our way.Â
Overnight between Friday and Saturday, this batch of showers will head our direction. Temperatures will be falling from the 40s into the 30s when showers arrive, so these may start as a cold, light rain.Â
As they move toward the southeast, temperatures continue to drop closer to freezing. This will allow the showers to changeover to light snow in places that may have started with rain. The snow doesn't look heavy at this point and is falling on warm ground, so accumulation will be next to nothing.Â
This will also be a quick-hitting system, so if you sleep late Saturday, you may not even notice it snowed overnight. Tune into WDRB News to get the latest forecast.
