James M. Settle, 55, was charged with one count of first-degree wanton endangerment and one count of third-degree terroristic threatening.
Justin A. James, 29, of Columbus, has been arrested on charges of strong arm robbery, a Level 3 felony, and two counts of misdemeanor battery, according to Columbus Police Department.
She's set to be sentenced March 23.
