The Jeffersonville Fire Department says they have "ruled out any possibility of a meth lab," as a cause of the explosion and are waiting on the results of an investigation being conducted by gas company officials.Â
The home explosion killed William "Billy" Phillips and sent his wife, Janet, to University Hospital in serious condition. Clark County Coroner Billy Scott confirmed Billy Phillips' identity Tuesday afternoon.
