Attorney General Russell Coleman said on Tuesday there is nearly $900 million in opioid settlement money available to use. He asked that $3.6 million to go toward youth drug prevention.
Kentucky attorney general Russell Coleman said his office has detectives on the ground there, but he supports Laurel County Commonwealth's attorney office to make the decision on charges.Â
The conviction and indictments were made possible by the attorney general's violent crime reduction team which has an office in downtown Louisville to focus specifically on gun crimes.
