Taylor Barefoot, 31, pleaded guilty last month to three counts of causing death while operating a motor vehicle while drunk and one count of involuntary manslaughter.
On Monday a jury sentenced Barefoot to 20 years, 12 of which must be served. She will be on probation for the remaining eight.
Taylor Barefoot petitioned a Floyd County court for early release after serving less than two years of her 20-year sentence.
