City rules Kristy Love Foundation recovery home cannot operate in west Louisville location — The Metro Board of Zoning Adjustment (BOZA) recently ruled that the Kristy Love Foundation, which uses this home on Date Street as a recovery house for victims of human trafficking, could no longer operate in this location in the California neighborhood.
