City rules Kristy Love Foundation recovery home cannot operate in west Louisville location

The Metro Board of Zoning Adjustment (BOZA) recently ruled that the Kristy Love Foundation, which uses this home on Date Street as a recovery house for victims of human trafficking, could no longer operate in this location in the California neighborhood.
