He was arrested Wednesday for a separate case in Oldham County.
Clarence Moore’s attorney, Leland Hulbert, waived a traditional probable cause hearing, in which an officer had been subpoenaed to testify, and agreed to send the case straight to a grand jury.
Clarence Moore also has a case with the same alleged victim in Oldham County. His bond is set $50,000 cash in both counties. If he posts the $50,000, it will release him in both cases.
