A Louisville Metro Council committee voted 6-2 to support a local subsidy that could deliver up to $114 million in Metro funds over 30 years to support the ambitious One Park development at Grinstead Drive and Lexington Road.
Louisville has a long history of these sort of subsidies. One previous deal looms particularly large over the current debate.
Businesses at the site at Grinstead Drive and Lexington Road continue to wait on a timeline for work to start in earnest on the $554 million project
