50 Days of Lights at French Lick Resort

This holiday season French Lick Resort is transformed into a dazzling winter wonderland with a half-million holiday lights, beautiful decorations, and festive activities for all ages. The season kicks off with two grand tree-lighting ceremonies: West Baden Springs Hotel on November 16 at 7 pm, and French Lick Springs Hotel on November 23 from 4 pm to 7 pm. Beatles vs. Stones - A Musical Showdown

Louisville Metro Police Activities League and Louisville TKO Boxing announced today a two-state amateur boxing event that will take place on Nov. 16, 2024, at the Hotpoint Davis Arena in the Newburg neighborhood. There will be 12 amateur fights held that evening featuring young up-and-coming talent from Louisville TKO Boxing, Columbus, Ind. PAL and Muncie, Ind. PAL. Cruisin’ for a Claus is a fundraiser for several local churches, schools, charities, the Norton Children’s Hospital and the Norton Children’s Hospital Foundation. The family-friendly fundraiser, founded by Chris Gore in 2018, includes a car show, silent auction, and live action all rolled into one event. To date, the event has raised over $98,000 for the Norton Children’s Hospital and its foundation in the past six years. Funds have also been raised for Shirleys Way, local church families for Christmas, and Southern High School Auto Tech program (kids in need).
