LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — The Friends of Jefferson County Public Law Library is restarting its expungement clinic.

"Everyone makes mistakes in life," Amy Hilliard, director of JCPLL, said in a release. "Our expungement program offers those with a criminal record a fresh start."
The expungement clinic is funded by the Neighborhood Development Funds granted by the Louisville Metro Council, meaning more than 100 qualified Jefferson County residents can have their records cleared for free.Â
