LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — As we get closer to Christmas, more and more cities will be lighting up for of the holiday.
Jeffersontown will be getting lit Sunday, Dec. 1 during Light Up J-Town.
It's happening from 5 to 7 p.m. in front of City Hall on Watterson Trail.
There will be choir performances, a tree lighting, and the opening of Santa's shop with an appearance by the big man himself, Santa Claus.
The Santa Shop will also be accepting toy donations.
The event is free and open to all.
