LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — The school year is coming to a close, and parents all across Kentuckiana are looking for ways to keep the kids active and entertained while off their screens. From day camps to week-long adventures, WDRB has your guide to summer fun.

Metro Louisville

For more information on Louisville public pools, click here. Aquatic season is from Saturday, May 23, to Saturday, Aug. 1. Admission: children 12 and under: $2; adults and children 13 and over: $3. Those ages 12 and under must be accompanied by a person 13 or older.

Louisville Parks and Recreation will implement a clear bag policy at all outdoor pool and waterpark facilities. Each guest is permitted to bring one clear bag. Diaper bags and medical bags are allowed, but they must be inspected before entry. Small clutch purses are allowed, but they cannot be larger than 6.5 inches x 4.5 inches. Coolers are not allowed at any outdoor pool and waterpark facility.
