LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Pet owners who dress their fur babies in costumes should make sure they're not too uncomfortable.
The Kentucky Humane Society says it's important to make sure the costume fits properly. It shouldn't block their vision or breathing.
If your furry friend seems stressed in a costume, try a bandana instead.
It's a good idea to keep your pet away from doors during trick or treating, and make sure they can't get into any chocolate, candy, or wrappers.
