Dressing up your pet in a costume can seem cute, but make sure it doesn't cause any discomfort.
There will be eight different spots in the Highlands that will be participating.
On Monday, KHS took 20 dogs from the Estill County Animal Shelter, an area hit by flooding earlier this month.
