LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- NuLu went to the goats Saturday for an annual tradition that brings out thousands.
The NuLu Business Association hosted the 8th annual NuLu Bock and Wurst Fest. The focus is on the beer and goat races.
Several local restaurants served up some of their favorite foods and there was live music and entertainment.
Each year nearly 30,000 people attend the event.
"It's really one of the first big events in the city after a long cold winter so I think everyone is just always ready to get out and enjoy the weather, drink a good bock beer and support all of our businesses here," said Lauren Hendricks, a spokesperson for the event.
WDRB had two goats in races where local meteorologists race each other, one for Bryce Jones and one for Matthew Wine.
Bryce's goat Charlie came in first which means St. Jude received a $1,000 donation.
