Born and raised in Kentucky, and a lifelong Kentucky Basketball fan, Erica graduated from the University of Kentucky, majoring in Business Marketing and Management.
The desire to spread her wings led her to Indianapolis, Indiana, where she cultivated her passion for sales and empowering and mentoring young women in the wireless communications industry.
Erica met her Hoosier husband, Zach, and they have 2 children, Madeline and Griffin. After 13 years in Indiana, Erica’s Kentucky roots proved to be too strong, and she relocated her family back to the Louisville area.
